At MP Hair Lab, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. After processed, orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items require additional preparation time.
These items typically ship within up to 10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Processing times for custom items begin once all required information and approvals are received.
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping is FREE for all orders.
We ship using reputable carriers known as UPS and FedEx.
Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delays due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Signature confirmation or ID verification will be required for all orders.
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Contact us with the carrier claim number so we may assist where possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout.
If insurance is declined, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Packages returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to reshipment fees.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
